deepfakedetector.ai is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy, and this Agreement incorporates the Privacy Policy outlining the collection, usage, and protection of personal information.
When accessing deepfakedetector.ai, the following personal information may be collected: IP address, device type, browser type, date and time of visit, search terms, pages visited, duration of visit, and any interactions with the site. Google Analytics is utilized for this data collection.
deepfakedetector.ai uses personal information to enhance website and service quality, analyze website traffic, customize content and advertisements, respond to inquiries, requests, and prevent fraudulent activity. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or to protect legal rights.

Accuracy: deepfakedetector.ai acknowledges limitations in the deepfake detector service, especially with audio files exceeding 20 seconds, background noise, music interference, or different accents. Results' accuracy may vary, and they should not be deemed definitive. The DeepFake Detector model achieves good accuracy (based on our tests) and provides a probability of AI-generated audio, not a conclusive definition. Our model is primarily trained with datasets of audio from individuals in the United States, which may yield better results with that accent and worse with others.
Legal Use: Results from the model cannot be utilized for legal purposes.
Educational Purpose: The deepfake detector service is for educational and informative purposes only and should not be the sole basis for legal or authoritative decisions. Users must exercise caution and seek professional advice when relying on results.
Users uploading audio files bear sole responsibility for content accuracy and legality. deepfakedetector.ai is not liable for consequences resulting from user misuse or misrepresentation.
deepfakedetector.ai reserves the right to modify the privacy policy. Any changes will be posted on the deepfakedetector.ai website.
The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fee as specified on the deepfakedetector.ai website. Payment will be processed through the designated payment method provided by the Subscriber during the subscription process.
By subscribing to deepfakedetector.ai services, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
